I came home Christmas Eve to water pouring out of my ceiling. I had no idea what to do. I called my plumber and he called J Miller for me and gave them my number. They called within 10 minutes and were there in less than 30. They assessed the disaster, left to go get equipment and we’re back quickly. They had the insulation and debris cleaned up in a couple hours. They saved Christmas! I was going on a cruise the next day so that was a relief. Then while I was gone they handled the demolition for me. All their employees are professional and do an excellent job. I was able to speak with the owner throughout the process and she always made sure I was happy with their work. They even got me fixed up with a contractor to do the reconstruction. They did an amazing job fixing my house back to better than it was before the incident. They also helped me navigate the insurance side of things. I really can’t recommend this company enough. J Miller took great care of our home after we discovered mold that resulted from the combination of a broken pipe and poorly sealed duct work.  Brad and his team worked diligently to get the work done, and we were kept informed the entire length of the process. After the mitigation was complete, we passed our post-mitigation environmental testing with flying colors. I hired J Miller Restoration for a job that encompassed multiple services.  A fire had caused damage and there was a long struggle with insurance all of which was made more difficult due to the pandemic and needing to ensure everyone was safe and healthy as we met, planned and worked.  J Miller went above and beyond in every single area.  So much burden was taken fro me to dot the i's and cross the t's.  They held true to their word, communicated on every step of the project, and even worked extra things that needed attention "just because."  The workmanship is second to none.  Everything is beautiful, and I am so thankful to now have a trusted company to call for all my needs for my home.  There will be no need to search for others because I have now had the greatest experience I could have hoped for with J Miller Restoration.  If there were more stars, I would rate them even higher.  They were conscientious of my budget and worked with me every step of the way to be sure there were no unpleasant surprises.  If you need any services they perform, I have zero hesitancy in highly recommending them.  I hope they do this a very long time so I do not ever have to go hunting for anybody else!  I'm trying to prioritize now to see what the next thing is that I'm going to call them for!!!  I hope this conveys how pleased I am with what they have done!  I don't think I have ever given an review online before other than possibly Amazon purchases.
